Today marks day 1 of my 10 day vacation. Going to start it off right with a double at the gym. Arms then legs later today.
weighed in 183.5 down 1.5lbs since last week
overall the workouts have been crappy. I think a lot of it has been from stress from work/moving/dieting all at the same time. Hopefully this week will improve.

Yeah man, vacation has been good so far. Slept in everyday, just got a deep tissue massage, met with my counselor at school, and worked out a ton.

Welp, vacationing, drinking, going out has not been very good to me. This morning I weighed in 3.5lbs higher, though the last 2 days I havent had the chance to workout. I plan on doing a double today/tomorrow and possibly wednesday. I have my weigh in scheduled for wednesday this week hopefully ill be back to weight by then.
Otherwise, watched the Mariners beat the faggy red soxs sat and sun. Got a sweet mariners hoodie, which in hindsight wasnt a smart purchase since I’ll only wear it 2 months a yr in Tucson.

Honestly, just got stuck in the groove of doing them. I was thinking about that today as I was hitting chest that I have barbell benched in close to 6 months. I plan on brining back in free weights next week.

Yeah man it was good, I grew up in Mill Creek about 25 mins north of Seattle. Moved to the armpit of the earth aka Tucson for school. Im acutally in Portland, Oregon now visiting some family/friends. I still have another 2 days of vacation eating, im hoping it’s not too bad of a gain. I don’t want Shelby kicking my ass
