Weight has stalled this week, lowest ive seen is 188 but the last 2 days i’ve been 189 which would put me at 1 lb loss for the week.
weighed in at 187.5 today, ill post pics later. Strength levels have been fine this week, I started waking up whenever my body says to instead of my alarm and i’ve noticed I am a lot stronger/endurance/less moody now that I am doing that even though the difference in time between my alarm and natural wake up is about 90 mins. Only downside is I am missing the dan patrick show every morning.

everything is going great right now, but I am looking forward to ending this cut and trying to put on some muscle!

I’m hoping to do a double tomorrow with legs/fmc in the morning and shoulders/tri’s at night
how do you like the two a days? I’ve never done them with lifting in the AM and PM, only a cardio and lifting workout.
I’ve thought that it could work pretty great but never tried it. Is it pretty awesome?
I love doing them, the night before I had my cheat meal it was a small cheat meal ( by my eating standards) two 1 ft subs from subway. So I wanted to do a double the following day to use up as much of the glycogen that I just consumed. Both workouts were great, pumps were great too.
I’ve tried them on normal eating days and the next day i’m pretty beat up. But this morning I feel great, I am also back to my normal weight.

also pretty pumped today, after my workout I bought some groceries and I always try to hit up the discount bin at the meat dept (Sounds gross, but I cook everything the day I buy it) anyways bought about 12 lbs of top round steak that was on sale the begin with and had extra 30% off coupons on them and ended up spending about $15.00 for 12 lbs of lean beef!!! AMERICA, F*CK YEAH!
Weighed in at 186 this morning, weight still seems to be dropping and it’s awesome but also bumming me out at the same time. When I was 215 I thought I had more muscle than I really did ( just like 100% of people) and as the number on the scale gets smaller and smaller its great since i’m getting leaner but also getting smaller.

holding off cheat meal until tomorrow, today was arms and about 25 mins cardio. Pretty worn down from the move only slept 6-7 hrs over the past 2 days. Everything is sore and everything was a struggle to get through. Oh well, better luck tomorrow.
