I have a friend who has moved to Mexico and is looking to add some size. He is well versed in training but not too much knowledge when it comes to cycling. He’s familiar with the old school deca/d-bol stack but He’s not a big deca fan from previous use. I’m guessing there are better stacks to go with these days including anti-estrogens and such. Any help is much appreciated. Unfortunately he’s a straight shootin guy so no, he won’t be sending any my way, Oh well!
Man you should tell your bud to do some reading and decide what is going to work best for him. Theres information on this stuff all over the place, its not hidden or anything. Its very much personal preference and depends a lot on what his specific goals are. Plus what are you his research assistant or something? He will be able to make a much more informed and therefore safer decision if he himself fully understands whats going on.
