I’ve been taking my 2 pills of DMZ 3.0 every day. I gave myself another HCG shot yesterday.
Today’s Workout:
Overhead Press: 3 x 6 x 110
Squat: 3 x 5 x 210
Chin-ups: 3 x 6 x bodyweight
Comments: All the bars were being used, so I just used the pre-loaded bars and did more reps. Squat was fine. Chin-ups were fine.
