Squats: 1 x 5 x 255, 2 x 2 x 255
Dips: 2 x 5 x +50, 1 x 2 x +50
Deadlifts: 1 x 5 x 305
Comments: I upped the squat by 10 lbs, when I probably shouldn’t have. I feel like my form is better, but I’m still not sure so I don’t want to push things. Dips were okay. Deadlifts went well.

Overhead Press: 3 x 3 x 110
Comments: Chinups were a bit difficult, maybe because I wasn’t warmed up. I think I’ve fixed my back on the squat, but I’m still working on my depth. I’ve been going too low, and my self-doubt/pauses are making my squats more difficult. I’ve decided to lower my reps on the overhead press based on a Bill Starr article, so we’ll see how that goes.

Comments: My legs were a bit weak on the squat, and I’m still nervous about pushing it. Overhead press was easy. Deadlift was okay, except my back was a bit tired from the Squats and the Overhead Press, so my form was compromised a bit.

Comments: Our neighbor had his dog out there, so I got distracted. I did do sprints though–I just didn’t really keep track of them.

Comments: Lifts were okay. I was tired from working all day, but I don’t think it affected me much.

Comments: I was tired today. I’ve been working a lot since the ACT is this Saturday. I got less than 6 hours of sleep last night.
So I think I was tired today. My form was rusty on the bench press. I almost got the last rep on the chin-ups, but barely missed it. People were hogging all of the squat racks, so I did goblet squats instead.

Comments: Dips were easy. Chinups were surprisingly difficult–maybe because I was still sore. I made too big of a jump during warmups for deadlift, I think.

Comments: Squats were a bit difficult for my legs. I did triples on bench press for a change, which I kind of liked. I was feeling kind of lazy at the end, so I just did unweighted chin-ups.

Comments: Deadlifts were fine. I found my limit on dips. My hands were hurting after all the other stuff, so I quit my chin-ups early.

Comments: I’m in a new gym now, so I’m having to improvise. Bench press and squat stations are always taken, so I’ve been emphasizing the deadlift. I’ve also been doing Tabata sprints once or twice a week.

Comments: My bench press could be worse, but could be better. Hopefully I can get more practice in. Not sure about deadlifts. Need to start doing ab exercises.

Comments: Bench press is the same, curiously. Deadlift is gradually getting better. Goblet squat was easy.
Edit: I am losing weight, so that’s probably why progress is a bit slower.

Comments: Overhead press wasn’t bad. Deadlifts were a bit easier, but my grip was giving out at the end. I forgot my grip ball at home, so I’ll bring that next time. Chin-ups were an after-thought and were easy.
