A Bastardization of Tabata

They never made any Tabata-like claims for their workout. The 20/10 intervals are probably coincidence, and not incredible at all.

I was wondering about their other exercises What does an arm raise have to do with a lateral lunge? That just seems odd to me, like they’re trying to be different by inventing different stuff.

I’m going to start using the tabata protocol for my jerk off sessions and I owe it all to this thread.

Personally…when people start talkin shit or cheering me on to try and motivate me… I start fuckin laughing my ass off then crash and burn. its so stupid I cant help it.
