About 3 minutes for heavy, 90-120 seconds for explosive

Is there a problem in resting only 90s for heavy work if you can complete the prescribed reps?
I’m currently on week 4. I’ve been resting 90s and completing the reps with no problem. Except on week 3, where I had to inscrease the rest periods for heavy work to 120s, if I wanted to complete the reps without using rest-pause.

If you can complete all the reps that’s fine. But getting the reps in is the most important thing.
