Awesome transformation. And good job on your strength increases. It gives credence to what myself and a few other guys were saying about strength and building muscle. You were obviously cutting, but it seems that a lot of guys don’t have the mental correlation between muscle size/mass and strength.
wow, that is AWESOME!
But I’m curious…are the tools in place for after the show so that you don’t ever go back to your ‘before,’ picture?
All the best!

Not trying to be funny or smart, but you are wrong. I was doing that when I was that light and can go heavier now. I think a whole lot of guys put themselves in a box strengthwise which prevents them from reaching thier potential, because it limits the amount of work and effort that they put in.
Obviously, Diesel City doesn’t limit himself in his mind, so he is able to maximize his potential.

so how much do you do now?
I am not going to turn Diesel City’s thread into a thread about me and my lifts. If you want to know you can PM me or go through the thread I have in T-Cell Alpha.
My point with the statement I made in reference to his lifts is that he isn’t doing anything anyone else on here isn’t capable of doing as long as they are willing to put in the work. Unfortunately, most people are not willing to put in the work.

Thanks Lew…
Here’s the thing, I am a former college football player. When I was 19 and 20, I was doing 500 lbs for reps. I’ve always been able to squat a decent amount of weight, and although I was a total fat ass, the muscle memory was there and strength came back very quickly. I highly suggest DC training for strength gains.
Certainly genetics play a role as well, my quads are my only body part that’s decent. Speaking of genetics, my mom also is a client of Shelby’s. She also does DC training. I’ve seen her squat 315 for 10 ass to grass…

These are how my numbers have changed since the beginning of this diet, which was also when I started DC training… As of now, I couldn’t get close to these numbers, the strength is deffinately decreased since the precontest diet has began.
