latley on a two week schedule:
monday week 1: squats,+ lower (been doing high reps latley)
tuesday week 1: upper back, biceps
wednesday week 1: bench, tris, maybe shoulders
thurday week 1: whatever I wanna do
fridy week 1: rest
saturday week 1: deadlift heavy, squat light frist
sunday week 1: rest
monday week 2: upperback biceps, maybe tris
tuesday week 2: squats+ lower (tomarrow I am prolly doing 365 for reps no belt)
wednesday week 2: bench heavy, tris, maybe ohp
thrdy week 2: rest or what I wanna do
friday week 2: rest
saturday week 2: heavy ass squats
sunday week 2: bench and or triceps
hope this helps…after meet, I plan to do double smolvo, once in AM, once PM…to build legs for vert, and to take some fat off.

yeah, not built for it man at all. But once my raw atg squat is real high, I am sure I will post some huge oly numbers after some technique work.
