80 Baked Potatoes

We just got home from our local highschool footbal game.

My wife worked the concession stand tonight(booster club requirement), and at the end of the game the concession folks diveed up the lefovers.

We wound up with 80 baked potatoes.

Any ideas on what we could do with that many spuds?

freeze them and nuke em for a quick carb load
