I started taking 100mg/day about 8 years ago. It’s just habit now; is this bad?? Should I cycle off for a while?
I’m 55 yrs old, pretty healthy, good diet, get test checked about twice per year…usually in the 350 area.
no idea, don’t know anything about you or your health or blood work or symptoms … literally nothing. you’ve been at it for 8 years and you’re here, so I’m gonna guess it’s not ‘bad’ overall.
