Quads look a little smooth for 5 weeks out…seems to be the only real concern imo. Can;t see quad sweep in any pic but you may want to work on that in the off season.

You REALLY need to flex your traps in your version of the most muscular (first pic), bro…maybe bend forward a bit.

I noticed the same thing… Not much to do about it now, but perhaps for his next year it could be a focus since everything else is in great proportion.
Unfortunately BBing is a subjective sport, so that could count against come game day.

Thanks for all the great suggestions guys I really appreciate it… No more AD for me… just unlimited meat/eggs/fruit/veggies and some mixed nuts/natty PB, 2% cottage cheese and a bit of cheddar cheese…and Metabolic Drive complete I have about 4 scoops a day… on my leg day i have a mocha coffee but the other 6 days of the week i drink green tea and matcha powder…

I have a favorite one I do that involes 3 days a week full body… 6 exercises each workout, supersetted squats/RDL’s, chins and push press, bench and horizontal rows that type of thing… 25 total reps of each… I like the new reg park program Mike Mahler just wrote an article on, may try that next…
