Today was supposed to be a leg day. Kinda was, kinda not. I walked in and all the squat racks were being used so that was upsetting. Tried to do leg press but wasn’t feeling that either.
So I made it kind of a hammie day, because I really wanted to hit them.

Fuck, I didn’t write down what I did for the rest of the workout. Let’s see… there were 4 sprints. Legs were dead. Pushing/pulling 135#. DB swings wtih 50 pounds. Tried a squat machine. Got my bootay pretty nicely.
Lots of jump rope. I’m having way too much fun with that thing so I supersetted a lot of exercises with jumping rope; the squat machine, step-ups. I did abs with a resistance band and bosu ball. Also weighted cable crunches.
Also some HIIT jump rope.
I jumped a lot =D
Can’t recall what else, but I was there for 2 hours just having fun.

Your training is killer, as always. Keep at it, that 265 DL is yours.
Next time all of the squat racks are full, use my technique: Stare people down with a mean-bitch look. Make sure that they see that you are all-business when it comes to squats (they need to see your ass, preferably doing a warmup exercise which makes it obvious that you are planning to squat-- in their squat rack!) If you follow this approach someone is bound to realize that they should give you a squat rack ASAP.
