Very weak…to the point of 3 bodyweight squats are a max effort

0 mobility

Basically sat around the last 22 years eating trash and sleeping

She seems to be motivated though which is good

but talk about challanges, yeah? Interesting year ahead lol

That looks like quote a lot of volume your last workout; although I guess you’re volume has always been higher than average.

135 x 1- All me again. No spot. I’m feeling very mature
155 x Fail… here’s how it happened.

Ok, so there’s this dude benching next to me. I ask him for a spot. As soon as the question came out, I regretted my decision. I don’t know if the guy is really retarded or is awestruck. But he looked confused and flattered at the same time.
Anyway, I’m in a good mood so I didn’t say “Er, nevermind.” I ask him for lift-off. He had such a hard time trying to pick up the barbell! So he’s trying all these different positions, and his crotch ends up directly above my nose. I mean, holy shit!
It was absolutely vulgar.
So of course, when he gets it up (the barbell, you freaks :stuck_out_tongue: ), I’m still in shock and the barbell goes flying to my bewbs. He stands there for 5 seconds before helping. Crushed 34Cs again.
I help him rack the barbell. He waddles back to his bench. Then a minute later he comes back, “Hi, my name is Jay.”
Uh-huh.

No more low-rep benching for me today.

5 x 12 x 2- I used my other hand to add some resistance

Supersetted calves and abs randomly in there.

I just meant that you seem to be comfortable working from a plan, or changing it if you need to based how you feel or who puts their nuts in your face, and still keep rolling and moving forward.

Today, no legs. Really didn’t get in enough food to train legs. But did fasted morning cardio (the new article gave me some hope on it) and a total of 2 hours walking. Gotta get legs in at 6 tomorrow morning, so the rest of the day can be devoted to hectic-ness.

Generally speaking, my only spotter is my husband. If anything he is too protective of me, but I guess I’d rather that than have a careless spotter.
