You are such a badass
Damn those squats. Ms. Nikki you are a strong little thing. Have you considered competing in powerlifting? Train how you want, be whatever size you want. You can walk up to the bar before your DL and hit a front double bicep pose… and then pull. I tease, but only a little.
^ HAHA! Love it Nadia! Or when you finish your squat yell “who’s my bitch!” before racking the bar. (not related to BBing, but relevant)
Hai my little choco-covered peanut! Just popping in to say hello and awesome work m’lady. You’re hitting some seriously huge PRs! Super impressive!
Looking gorgeous as ever.
Alexus, I am hard on myself, it’s just esteem issues though. Something I’ll be battling for a while. I really do try to hide these things from you guys online, well everyone actually, so I apologize for venting in my journal.
Ah Chi, you’re more confident than me. But numbers went up, and that’s not the direction I want.
However I used it as a learning experience.
Missed this earlier. Well, that’s the most beautiful part about the sport that we compete in. It develops a sense of calm confidence and self belief that is hard to write out in words – you’ll find out for yourself in May!
Nikki, hi. Looking good on the box squats…those plates look SUPER-small to be 45s…were those 25s, maybe?

Sometimes I really hate coming to my log…
Skye, hopefully the vid I took just for you clears up any concerns.
Deja, I’m glad it looked easier than it felt
Aww Kalle blush
HAHA Nadia, I was thinking of doing a small little PL comp in the future, but we’ll see. Meanwhile I’ll just work on getting the numbers up in case I ever do it.
Posing before a pull… that’ll be awesome haha
Thank you kindly Maschy :*
Thanks Chi, it’s great to have you on TN who knows this stuff.
Today is rest day, give my back a break before back day.
I did do 4 Tabatas this morning, 1) snatches with 10# bar, 2) Jumping jacks, 3)Jump squats, and 4) snatches again.
Had to keep it back friendly, but still got the job done.
Nikki, I know what 45s look like, don’t need tutorials.
Just wondering, coz those plates look TINY!!
Carry on.
Saying that they look like 25# insinuates that I really squatted 195#
Hence the tutorial.
Nikki, that was AWESOME seeing you put 315 on your back. Really inspiring. Thanks so much for being here.
Man and I just did ONLY walk outs with that kind of weight. I need to find an 18" box, eh? Nice job girlie ![]()
impressive work, Nikki~
Color me impressed…and intrigued.
2 thimgs…
I met someone who was 5 ft tall and it was adorable…I picked them up by the collar and slung them against a wall until they exploded…
- You are a fucking animal
3…I know I said 2 but whatevs…I have a female client coming up soon that needs to drop some pounds…I have a good idea of what to do with her…nothing special…but since you have lived through it can you give me you initial plan…you probably spelled it out somewhere but I’m far too cute to be reading through page after page of words that are not “Rocky, you soak my panties everytime I think about your ridiculous cheekbones”
so yea
<3
Nikki…its been said, but after that box squat vid…Im ridiculously impressed! Geez I really think you found your calling at such a young age…awesome, your fucking killing it day in and day out!
If you would believe it I got sick again (FUCKING SWINE FLU) so havent been around much. Havent trained since last tueday…restarting on thursday.

dude you totally should. you’ve made some amazing strength gains over these last few months. getting wicked strong.
Thank you guys kindly for the comments <3
Ct, you finally met someone who was 5 feet? Does that mean that I’m special ![]()
Rocky, you soak my panties everytime I think about your ridiculous cheekbones <3
Uhm, when I started losing weight, I had no idea what I was doing. Just a simple upper/lower, done circuit-style with high-intensity cardio. I also worked out at home.
For my clients who are just starting out, I like upper/lower, especially if weight loss is their goal.
But I don’t know anything about your client, that’s just what I did and what I do for some clients.
Matty I MISSED YOU!
I’m sorry you’re sick again. Hopefully your log will be back on page 1 on Thursday, with more kick-ass training.
Oh and thank you kindly ![]()
I don’t know where you get these numbers from! 70 x 3?.. er.
Training today was back and shoulders.
Oh and got my belt… LOVE IT! I felt awesome too. My tummy was all puffed out like a powerlifter ![]()
Deadlifts superset with pull-ups
135 x 8, 8 N/G pull-ups
185 x 8, 5 pull-ups
225 x 3, 5 pull-ups
I did a lot of full ROM pull-ups, I was quite content with that
Barbell Row
Now that I have my belt, I can do these again. Yay
95 x 12
115 x 9, 9
115 x 10
My rows got weak, but they’ll get better
Lat pulldown
85 x 15
100 x 10 x 3
Drop set from 90
Low Cable Row with rope
40 x 10 x 3
DB Row (hand on incline)
40 x 10 x 3
I thought changing my form on the rows will make me like them. No.
So I’ll be sticking with the HS machine from now on.
Smith OHP
50 x 12
70 x 7,6
60 x 8,7
50 x 9
DB Side Raises
15s x 12
20s x 10 x 2
15s x 12
Rear delt flys superset with heavy band pull aparts
5s x 15 / 15
[ 10s x 10 / 15 ] x 2
Front raises with 20s
Only one set, my lower back was killing me
