Hmm, how did it happen… I guess my foot wasn’t on the machine for the bottom part of the revolution… I don’t know, it’s hard to explain lol
It was kinda like when you’re walking down the steps, and you think there’s another step but there’s not, then you kinda fall forward… oh that never happened to anyone else? Only me?.. not surprising.

My legs didn’t give away, it was my glutes. I had the incline on ā€œ100ā€, at the highest level of intensity, so it was like 30 minutes of lunges. Eventually they went numb and I… stumbled :stuck_out_tongue:
Don’t underestimate my clumsiness.

Uhm yesterday, from warm-up to the end of cardio was 2 hours. That wasn’t even a lot of volume for me. My rest periods are ridiculously short at times. I often finish 3+ sets of an exercise before a song ends on my iPod.
If I didn’t talk as much, I would’ve been outta there sooner.

MiM, what article are you talking about for shoulders? The new one, or the HS-100 program that I’m doing?
I like the HS shoulder program, great stuff in there.
To answer your question, my shoulders are thrashed during/after. Sometimes it feels as though blood is going to spew from my shoulders from a pump-overload… pretty picture, huh?

So, not sure what happened today. I have energy, just wasn’t motivated to train. It’s kinda weird though because I want to, so I’m assuming maybe I just didn’t want to train what I had planned.
Anyway, gotta get my ass in gear tomorrow. I skipped on cardio this morning, but I’m definetely going to get the HiiT in tomorrow morning. Makes me feel awesome upon completion.

Today was quads, rear delts, and arms

Luckily I’m still adding weight and reps to the extensions, which is awesome. I have dreams of doing the whole stack someday :slight_smile:

Narrow Stance Hack Squat
I did this because someone was using my step for box squats

90 x 12
180 x 12
270 x 10

Box Squat
135 x 10
185 x FAIL

Kinda weak of me on my part. I just… didn’t feel the need to get back up once the booty hit the step.

So I chuck the step, and do regular squats.

Back Squat
135 x 12

Kim’s FL twin comes over to tell me that I have good form on my squats.
She’s almost as sweet as my real Tiny Freak <3

I grab an awesome spotter for the next two sets. I don’t remember the last time I had a spot for squats, but it was completely necessary today

185 x 8 Spot
225 x 4 Spot

I got a terrible vid of the 225. I don’t know why I couldn’t get a full view, but whatever.

Did rear delts, triceps (used thumbless grip… me likey) and 3 sets of BB curls heehee

Cardio was walk to and from gym. That’s the only thing I was able to muster up.

Most I ever squatted was 175…225 is my dream weight and you go and rep the hell out of it.
