Well Bonobos, i’m flattered you think it would be worth watching.
Fortunately i am technologically challenged, so the only pictures and vids of my lifting are on my facebook, taken by others. Each time i address the breathing squat, once every 3 weeks, it is a peak effort, with more breathing than squatting, and the whole lot is immeasurably ugly.

SHOCK ! Walked into gym and the squat rack was gone! Replaced by a 25 foot long linear universal machine. And a friggin smith machine.
The owner assured me the squat rack is going back in another spot.

Jerk Behind Neck. ----- Long story. Don’t have a squat rack at the moment, so i cleaned a 30 k barbell and did 2 sets of 5 jerks.
Then i went to the stupid smith machine to try some jerk behind neck. It is not tall enough to permit standing with the bar overhead, so i did the drive from the shoulders and split, then staying down, lowered the bar to the shoulders behind neck. Then rose from the split, reset, and did the next rep.

I lived in England (Bristol) for a year, my father and mother were both doing research at a university in the area. My grandfather on my mothers side, who I’m named after, was actually a personal assistant to the queen, and there are pictures of my mom at Buckingham Palace for tea. Despite this, my grandfather (and consequentially my mother) was quite poor, as he was not compensated well, and was laid off at a difficult time when he was still young enough to be working. I’ll always remember how snooty my grandmother was, like she was upper class, while living in a tiny house in Hemel Hempstead - an absolute shithole of a town. I’ll always love England, though. Great memories there.
Fascinating flappinit. So you are English. Do you still live in UK? My forbears come from Redruth, but migrated to South Australia to use their mining skills in the copper mines.
