748 Raw DL @ 18yrs

yeah i guess they are i have a little sister that is going for a 275# bench and she is only 15 and 150

how could he have taken something to get that deadlift at 18 years old… he would have had to have started taking shit at 14 or something, and he’d have been fucked up.

Yeah you can obviously tell by a single video if a guy’s system has been screwed up by steriod use.

Not that I’m accusing the guy, I could believe he’s all natural, but that would just be practically unhuman. Freakin nuts.

What does he put up for a squat?

Are you kidding? Thats 748 lbs more than 99 percent of america will ever deadlift. Among american athletes and fit people thats 200 lbs more than 99 percent will lift.

my weight is about 280 and its hopefully going up.

I did kickboxing and boxing at the age of 10-14. perhaps a good basic train.

I started muscle train at june 1st, 2003 with 165. after 5 months of train I lifted 440 completly raw.

I just train, eat, sleep and go school. powerlifting is a way of life for me.
my whole life is focused and oriented on train.

at nov. 19, 2005 I did 660 raw and natural at a national(austria) ipf- meet.it was 55 over the subjunior world record @+125kg. my doping check was negative.

at the moment I think I am able to lift 770 raw and perhaps 781-792 equipped.

personal raw best:
squat(raw): 572-594
bench press(raw): 418-440
deadlift(raw): 748-770

my raw total is around 1760.

I can just estimate my equipped max:did 506 very easy. look at the vids)
squat(equipped): 726-748
bench press(equipped): 528-550 (cause I
deadlift(equipped): 781-792

romanian deadlift: just easy 3x3x440
and a few sets of easy back training

770 was too heavy. I think if I did an ordinary warm up for singles, I would be successful

Awesome lifts is all i can say! Could you post a vid or discribe how you perform the RDL’s? It seems that form varies with everyone on these and I would love to know how you do them?

insane! at 18 i was just startin to dl and 2 years later i am just hittin 405 for an easy 1. please compete like your life depends on it (it does… b/c i will kill you if you dont)
