Has anyone else checked out the “7 Supplements you need now” section on Dr. Johnny Bowden’s website? I have been searching for information on multivitamins, probiotics and a few other things and my search brought me to his page. All you have to do is type in your email address and you Dr. Bowden will take you through and explain each of the seven supplements he suggest taking.
Green Drinks (This sounds like a good thing to maybe mix with some Superfood. Right?)
Ginkgo Biloba
CoQ10
Omega-3
Enzymes
Out of this list I currently only take Flameout and Vitamin D daily. At the start of the audio session Dr. Bowden said he suspects that listeners are already taking a multivitamin with plenty of B complexes as well as other things. I have no idea where to start with multivitamins and I do not take any Vitamin B supplements. Should I just buy B Vitamins individually like I do with Vitamin D?
Also can all of those supplements that Dr. Bowden recommends be taken together? I currently take my Flameout and Vitamin D first thing in the morning with breakfast. Could I do this and take most of these things together as well as a multivitamin once I find one.

I agree.
What’s his take on Ginkgo?[/quote]
Dr. Bowden said in the audio that Ginkgo Biloba is one of the supplements he takes everyday and recommended 120mg every day.
Any thoughts on CoQ10? Anyone here have any experience with it? It’s pretty expensive from what I saw in a few stores.
In other news: Superfood is a greens supplement. It’s just not green and a shit ton better than any other one ive seen. less bullshit more goodshit.
Take supps you can afford begining with omega3 small fish oil and some vit D. then get protein powder and creatine. dont overspend on supps. overspend on food.
