Best of luck. Looks like the storm is heading your way.

Stay safe!

Local news last evening was comparing this one to hurricane Camille in 1969, w/200+ mph winds at shore landing, and which took about 5 years to recover from. This one was about 157 mph when it came ashore, and at about 150 miles away, we only got about 3" rain and some wind. Really, really lucky. Bunch of tornadoes though.

Stay safe.

delt front raises w/ 3/4" band 4 x 10; same, side raises
pullups 4,4,4
dips 3 x 15
tricep extensions 3 x 10 w/ 2 " band; same, with curls

Shoulder mobility lacking after OHP fizzled with next to no weight after 6 months of no bar + plate shoulder work. At least dips are improving.

I’m glad you made it out fine.

band warmup, mostly for shoulders
deadlifts from pins 3 x 10 @ 133, 221, 241; 1 x 0 @ 309, 1 x 6 @ 290
barbell rows 3 x 10 @ 133, 221, 241
120 lb sandbag bear hug 100 foot walk, then a few throw downs and pickups.

Odd numbers here. Rows w/241, but no dead w/309, and the sandbag…
Sandbag felt a bit lighter (time for more sand) despite fleeting stamina, but it was 5th workout in eight days. Rack is starting to get attention from early riser neighbors.

Squats w/SSB bar, 3 x 10 @ 148, 148, 236 ( 60 lb bar + kilo weights)
farmers walk 100 each side w/straps, 2 x 180 ft
dips 15, 15, 15
2" band curls 3 x 15, same for tricep extensions

Four 10 lb weights finally came, time to add to farmers walks.

Looking good Mac. Have you posted pictures of your gym? I’d love to see your setup. The sandbag carries really kick my ass. Must be good for us.

Agreed. I want to see the new gym.

Ok guys, photos but only after at least some of the dumbbells are delivered. Otherwise you’ll think I’ve been faking. Chains are stuck with no tracking updates since August 4. Wednesday’s workout sweat = steam room.

Steve, we’re both enjoying sandbag carry after"glow"; remarkable it’s different from squat/deadlift work. Guy on youtube is bearhug carrying 200, 300 and 405 sandbags so I’m discarding shoulder carries to gauge adding sand. Going to top off my 150 this weekend, and maybe start filling the 200.

Crippler, looking forward to your sandbag posting. Hopefully your arm size won’t get in way of picking it up. We’ve all “been there”.

Think you need to make some calls and rip somebody’s ass??

We think alike. I’m on it now.

face pulls 3 x 15
bench w/camber bar 2 x 13 @ 100, `120
2" band flyes 3 x 15
pullovers w/44 lb plate 3 x 15
dips 4 x 10
sandbag bear hug carries 3 x 72 ft w/140 lb or so sandbag
tricep pushdowns w/2" band 3 x 15
curls w/2" band 3 x 15
tricep extensions 2" band 3 x 15

Almost completely filled my 150 lb bag and I filled 200 lb bag halfway. Bear hug is apparently the way to carry a sandbag.

2 rounds each of the following

OHP just bar 5reps
goblet squat 65 lb dumbbell 15 reps
bench 110 l5 reps
65 lb dumbbell rows 15 each side
deadlifts w/65 lb dumbbells 10
band curls 15 reps
skullcrushers 45 lbs 15 reps

This was surprisingly tiring, but I can’t expect a lot after 7 months away from commercial gym. Maybe use it as new full body workout. I finally got 3 l/2 pr dumbbells, fed ex hates me and they don’t know how many more are to come. Gym photos soon.

Time to add weight to get out of the woss category. Full body workout feels good.

Me too! When they delivered my new bar mom said she thought she was going to have to go out and help him get it out of the van

Biker-

Ordered plates and a bar from Ricky today… Thanks again for the heads up; I trust you and yours are well.
