Not much to tell in the animal dept. i helped one of my peeps set a coyote trap and she caught a big bobtail! Two/three weeks later she caught amother one, but not a coyote one…lol
They had just about wiped all her chickens out.
Someone please explain what’s point of that cake icon? My birthday’s 6 mo away, and I’m not “cake soft”.

machine cable flyes 3 x 10 @ something that felt like over a l00. ( Indicator read 325. Hardly.)
shoulder press machine 3 x 10 @ 90, 110, 110
machine pullovers 3 x 10 @ 150, 200, 200
Felt good after 3 weeks off. Had reaction to 2nd phase pneumonia shot.

Gym owner changed entry codes so I had to use glasses to enter the rather intricate code this morning. Apparently he’s deleting nonpaying members.

Lingering soreness from Saturday’s kettlebell work. Did sqiats amd forgot rows and pullups. New gym has superior squat racks and deadlift area. Main reason for new gym membership.
My glasses are my kryptonite. I can’t see squat without my cheaters. Normally I forget them at home, so I am screwed.
Very familiar with the feeling.

seated press machine 3 x 10 @ 90, 110, 130
different angle machine press 3 x 8 @ some thing less than 135 ( no glasses)
tricep machine 3 x 10 at about 120, ended each rep with 4-6 sec isometric hold
Legs still sore from Tuesday; haven’t been sore in ages.
Machine pullovers with a nautilus machine?
A Hammersmith machine which mimics the dumbbell bench straddle pullover exercise really well. I understand it is good for chest.

failed handstand pushups, so settled for 1 x 50 pushups.
Hardly “ settling “ at 50 consecutive pushups.
Impressive.
Unlike you, I can’t do 50 pullups in one workout.
I break them up into multiple sets between each set of bench or overhead press. Lots of sets. No added weight ( I’ve got enough of my own).
