After removing 2 45s I remembered planning on 345 rack pulls for reps. Not as awake as I thought. Saw sun come up in that gym for first time. That place makes me feel stronger. The smell of 20,000+ lbs of free weights.
12/4 gym is becoming a memory
I didn’t help law partner finish his move Saturday. He was cleaning out attic in their rental, and he fell through the ceiling 12 feet to the concrete floor in the kitchen. Quite a collection of black and blue marks but nothing broken. They’re now totally in the new house.
Glad to be a little help.
I’m a fan of body weight exercises. As I age. , I find multiple sets avoiding anything near failure works for me,
All variety welcome.
