I lost my balls(not literally) doctors got me convinced heavy is not the way to go. I need moral support from my fellow silver backs!
ALL the doctors I see at 5 am (about 8 or so specialists) lift light weight. I have had the urge to bitch slap a few who’ve disapprovingly watched me deadlifting/squatting.
Do it. If done correctly both lifts are the best for a person. Just my opinion of course.
