Still surprised that I’m not tired from this program. Eating a bit more protein, same sleep pattern. Clearly the most taxing workout program I’ve ever done. I can’t say I’m stronger as my benching weight has not changed.

I gave all my woodworking machines to my general contractor son in law at beginning of Covid, and not a word since from him. I just figured he’d stored it all. Yesterday in New Orleans my wife was admiring their new, incredible kitchen and son in law said my equipment produced the cabinets. Remarkable work. He now has a fully equipped cabinet shop with full time employees which produces all his projects’ woodworks in 3 weeks.
