We must have different definitions of nemesis. Ain’t seen no 70+ guys in the gym doing 225 much less 3 reps with it. That was a good set of benching there.
Who you calling 70? I’m only 45, at heart.
Nevertheless I seriously envy the animal I saw bench 315 at 5:30 am today. A first for that time in that gym. Most guys in gym then are engineers or doctors and their lifts are “a bit light”.
