This routine is a change from weight loss to building some muscle and hopefully getting a better bench. Just got to add the weight. Maybe my 80 year old guy’ll stop laughing at my weak benching. Neutral grip pullups supersetted with benching is even better than dumbbell pullovers.

Got Endocrinologist’s blood test t numbers yesterday. Free test practically nonexistent. Not talking coffins yet but I’m starting to wonder if this is how castration feels. I realize this isn’t a cancer diagnosis–which is certainly far worse–but I can’t understand how I’m able to walk around upright, let alone lift over 5 lbs.

Wednesday’s my first trt shot. No idea how much. My gym friends tell me there’s no noticeable difference for awhile so my light workout weights will continue awhile longer.
