Belt squat machine is abut 2 football fields away from the leg curl machine but I tried.

cable fly 3 x 10 w/30s supersetted with rear delt cable laterals 3 x 10 @ 10

Had to use a bad cable machine for rear delt laterals. Back to really liking supersets. Surprised myself supersetting pullups. Wide grip ones are getting easier.

I’ve been walking a mile before gym each day for last 2 weeks and it’s moving the bodyweight around a bit. I was able to see part of 4 abs (in right light and self speculation) today.

Took some dress clothes I don’t wear anymore over to my friend who has been on trt for 12 weeks. The water retention honestly makes him look like the incredible hulk. It’s showing in all the right places no less, and he needs suits that fit. Pre trt replacement he had all the usual low t symptoms besides a t registering around 25! My jealousy has me debating, though I don’t have the low t symptoms.

Yesterday some guys were teasing someone that next year he’ll still be the oldest in the gym. He has all white hair and beard and looks borderline frail. I waited until the joking subsided and asked him his age which was 80. He said he’s been working out regularly since his 20s. Still very, very mobile.

i just talked to an old friend at the gym. He just turned 75. We used to train together with a bunch of other guys 30 years ago. I think we are the only two still at it. He and his brother were two guys I really looked up to at the time. They were the older guys who seemed to be as strong as hell. He looks almost the same. Still in shape and hard.

Soreness lasted about 10 minutes today. Lost over 20 lbs in last 8 months, got weight to 233 from daily walking about a mile and consuming gallon of water. I don’t want to go any lower, so I plan to start building some muscle tissue in January.
