Sleeping on my back has made a big difference in shoulder pain. Still got it but not as bad now. I’m trying to do band exercises as per youtube videos and they help. Had 3 people tell me yesterday I don’t look my age. Now I need right woman to say that.
I would never tell a wife that. Despite having enjoyed the company of an extemely flirty real estate agent, I told her my wife (former) would get killer tendencies toward the agent if told her about it.

3 people in 10,000 sq foot gym at 4 am today. Human floodgate opened at 5 am.
Been sharing ideas in that “animal gym” with a 40 something in shape strong guy with a lifter’s attitude who consisently works out 5 days/week doing body parts twice/week. Deadlifts and weighted pullups got us talking. I like to think I resembled him in my 40s. Harnassing my pushy inclination I’m encouraging him to surpass what I did then. In that gym he could.
