You can try boosting reps at a slightly lower weight on seated calves
Or adding sets.
Then work the weight back up

So, are you just trying now to break the habit of her, then decide what you want to do? Which makes sense, I suppose.
And she’s not reaching out? She sounds…cold.
My therapist advocates no contact with my dumper spouse so to create feelings of curiousity/mystery about dumpee spouse. Spouse normally feels good about the breakup, also in control, and she has to surpass that before whatever happens next. If anything happens next.
I must sit and wait for her to decide to contact me–no guarantees here-- then I have to be light, casual and playful. Drinks vice dinner, not very often. No sleepovers at least for awhile. She has to see I can live without her, not clingy but I’m interested, and that I’m a good catch. I have to rekindle the feelings she had before we married 12 years ago.
Alternatively, my gym friends say dump her, and seduce all ambulatory females. That’s not me.
