I took a long rest between each set, not normal for legs nor even belt squats. Blood oxygen level 93 or so.

Thanks for posting since I’ve read and respected your posts for years.

I’m gonna try as hard as I can to fix it. She’s a difficult woman once she makes up her mind. Looking for marriage counselor at moment. We’ll see.
