I really think the water supply in an area can affect a guy’s strength.

50 at morning turning into mid 70s. Going home to consistent 97 degrees in few days.

Absolutely nothing. It felt and looked like God’s country up there.

I came home to large camellia plants dead from the intense heat. Never saw that before.

Belt squats are pure leg work w/o back compression. They make climbing stairs easy.
