Looking good need to work on chest alot more

You have a lot of size. I would work on your posing you’re not showing off your body as well as you could be. I agree with carlos you really need to add some size to your chest. It looks weak in these pictures at least.

What are your long term goals now? You could keep adding size and get your bodyweight into the 300’s or you could start the tedious process of leaning out and then see how you look. Either way you would look incredible if you added more muscle to your chest and then leaned out to 10% bodyfat. I would guess your bodyfat right now is about 20%.

thanks man, quads and back are my strong points

you’re a beast with that height and muscle mass(if you’re in college you should be trying out for football haha) but you need to bring your chest up alot just like all tall people do mine is 47 inches around but looks like its 42 or some shit it sucks balls and im only 6’3.5

You have good mass, but you dont look 290 pounds. Although it could be due to your height.
Overhead presses for chest? Do you mean dumbell chest presses or pullovers?
I feel heavy negatives on the bench press have worked well to bring my chest up.

That srs?

Anyways. As others have said. Either your posing doesnt show off a lot of or your height/long limbs realy has sucked you weight up because you in no way look your weight.

DBs for chest slow and controlled on descent and explosive up. Learn how to feel your chest doing the work not tris and shoulders
