6’2, 235 you sure? Either you’re taller, weight less or just have large bones. If you say you ave 17 inch arms I’d say it’s the bones. Like the others have said good potential.

Why would you think that? This guys 2" taller than me, bigger and leaner and I weigh about 230. (220 in avatar)

You may want to start dead lifting if you are not already. Great for the legs(and the rest of your body) if you use correct form. Also, throw in some walking lunges with dumb bells.

Hell I’m 5’8" and weigh 215lbs. (but a shitty 19-21% body fat). 235 at that height is agreeable.
