you’re 250lbs reasonably lean? damn. how old are you?
I haven’t been 250 in years, and never will be again. 235- low 240’s depending, and likely to go lower since I am 43, and holding on to scale weight (who cares) is a losing proposition as you age, unless you are willing to do things that I no longer would ever consider.
Have you considered HGH?

Don’t feel I’m old enough just yet. Possibly re-visit peptides till I feel the need for GH, if ever.
