For cycle support would I be fine with just running Milk Thistle and Hawthorne Berry from week 1-9 or should I opt for a more complete product such as Support-ingredients listed below;
I have researched a lot about the PCT and the general consenses is that Clomid>Nolvadex . What do you guys think of running them together or even nolva by itself?
Age = 20
Training history = 2-3 years
Lifting stats =
max bench (1 rep) = 240
max deadlift (1 rep) = 420
max number of press ups (without break) = 107
max number of chin ups (without break) = 32
Previous cycle history = none this is going to be my first
Cycle goals = to get max bench up to 265 and deadelift to 445
Reasom = to increase strenght, gain mass. currently traing in mma
Cycle = laid out above. Also consideing nolva with clomid… comments?
It takes a little longer than other PH to kick in, so I strongly reccomend either stacking it with mdrol, methyl xt, or something else “wet”. At the very least start off with 30 or 40 mg and keep it there.
As far as clomid/nolva, it’s a horse a piece with something as mild as Epistane. Definitely overkill to run those together on this.

Benmoore do you mean i should run 30mg for 4weeks or 6weeks of 30mg. I was origionally looking to run 30 for 4weeks but got told that epi only kicks in around week 3 so cycle shud b longer

Is that a lot? 82 used to be the max on an army pt test in 2 minutes. My best was 122 in 2 minutes during AIT being graded by a dick.
I came across a log of someone who ran on average approximately 40mg ED for 6 weeks doing only bodyweight exercises and running… and gained something close to 14lbs with little to no visible fat gain.
hmmm intresting stuff, however i dont think that was his first cycle. would me running 30 for 6 weeks not be too harsh? Im just making sure on these stuff as i will be starting the cycle in a few days.

Your liver doesnt know if its your first cycle or 20th. As long as it’s healthy you dont have aynthing to worry about. If you are concerned do 40mg for 4 weeks.
I am aware of someone who cycled Epistane at 30mg for a year, and they’re fine. No jaundice, sluggishness or any other symptoms of poor liver function.
Do not do the above, but it should give you an idea of how mild it is. 6 weeks of Epistane, in my opinion, is NOTHING compared to the damage that many college kids do to their livers by drinking. I realize you’re reluctant since this is your first cycle (keep that reluctance by the way) but it’ll be just fine.
Please don’t hit the sauce while you cycle Epistane though, that is clear abuse of your liver.
