not really. i keep thinking i’d like to aim for a 450/550/550, but i really have no idea at this point if that’s too much or too little; i still don’t know what the heck i’m doing. if i can get a weekend free, i’m going to go back to lil power’s gym and she what she thinks would be good attempts.
