Look below where im flaring lats out. I dont think its awful. In rear double bi I was trying to squeeze, pop, upper back muscles. MAybe this is wrong. I dont know.

Goal I guess is to look good naked. I retired (for now from PL and SM) but still try to hit good numbers now and then. I guess I usually stay in limbo because I want to get lean (mainly waist as prob area) but always want to stay big and hit big weights. I know you need to focus on a specfic goal for best results and I have good fatl oss and conditioning results with Romans programs and coaching, but at the end of the day I still love to SFW (smah f*&ckin weight).

While my goal is to look good naked but I want to stay strong. Skinny and weak i s no way to go thru life. The Mens Fitness, Abercrombie, Brad Pitt physique look distance runners. Too bad that what girls like nowadays. A dude with abs who looks like he couldnt bench his BW is on cover of mags. What happend to Steve Reeves, etc build. These guys were aesthetic, not ripped to striations, but could put 400 lbs over their head. Sorry for rant.

not really but there isn’t much bad to say haha, you have an insane physique and I wish I was your height so if I was able to gain that much weight I’d actually look cool and not fat.

Definitely thick as hell! I’m a little shorter and definitely jealous, your back is very impressive. you have effectively motivated me to shred back day even more tomorrow.

If you slowly and steadily dropped 25-30 lbs, you’d be even more of a freak than you already are because you’ll have the cuts and muscle separation to enhance the illusion of size. Your “another back” pic is particularly impressive - it really emphasizes the mass you carry in your delts and the general thickness and width of your back. Later.
