6-12-25 Drop Sets

The idea is to find a weight in which you can do 6-12-25. I think Poliquin advocated dropping 50% each time…but that’s a bit overkill and exercise dependant. Minimal rest between each drop, just enough time to change the weight.

Advanced German Body Comp has you do 6-12-25 but with different exercises (Flat, Incline, Decline, etc)…but that’s more of a fat loss program.
