you look MUCH better in your new pic! great job.
Keep up the good work but watch out with dropping cals too fast. If you notice considerable strength drop offs rapidly you could be overdoing it. But yeah… lookin much better man.

Notable difference. Keep it up the good work.
EDIT: I failed so hard at English just now… and I’m not going to delete. It’s going to be left up as a warning to the hazards of posting quickly.
Am I the only one here who is going to call BS on the 360 flat barbell press??? (I assume this is Bench Press)
really weird in your first pics we weigh the same, same height but you are a lot bigger than me and im a lot leaner, how does that work out?!
good work cutting, keep it up.

Really? I assume you think 360 is high?
I have to say this makes my day. I watched a guy at the gym last night(about my size) squat a shit-ton of weight and it made me want to hide my legs in shame. So I needed a boost.

ok, well, yea, 360 IS high and I do still highly doubt the OP.
My buddy is 5’8" 195, squats 535(max),deadlifts 585(max) and has benched 355, knocking on 365’s door. My friend is way more ripped/muscular with an even smaller frame and he worked his ass off to get those numbers, so yea, 360 is still BS in my eyes.
What was the “shit ton of weight” that the guy sqautted? Did he look better than the OP? I know that we are discussing strength and that the “looks” aren’t as important, but strength is visible to a degree

Here is a video of me bench pressing 365.
Please note that I wore the same shorts to the gym that our in my last update so you would know its me. I can only imagine the “it’s not you” shit I would have to deal with if I did not have the foresight to do that. I also had the person running the camera get a close up of the weights so we don’t need to wonder if that was a 25 or a 10.
Now carbiduis, lets be civil.
OK, Still messed up.

Gotta love it when someone calls BS on you and you prove them wrong.
Impressive bench, like has been said work on your shoulders and legs like you know. Good job leaning up, keep going as you are, what you’re doing is working. Well done.
360 is a big bench regardless!

Well that bench was awesome lol

4 week update.
Since My last update I have come off of my modified V-Diet that I put in the last post. I am currently back up around 3000 calories per day and my weight has been at 203 for the past two weeks. Wish I had better results to share but judging by the pictures I look about the same as I did last month.
Food and Supplement Intake:
6am - 10 Grams Glutamine
8am - 10 Grams BCAA’s
10am - 10 Grams BCAA’s
noon - 10 Grams BCAA’s
2pm - 2 scoops Metabolic Drive
4pm - Surge Workout fuel (while training)
6pm - 2 scoops Metobolic Drive
6pm - Big F-ing meal (I like Chinese)
8pm - Cottage Cheese and Yogurt
10pm - Zinc/Magnesium peri-sleep supplement
Still doing a 4 day split:
Day 1) Shoulders
Day 2) Back and Biceps
Day 3) Chest and Triceps
Day 4) Legs
Your shoulders are coming out man! keep it up. fuck the haters. good shit
Really great progress going on here, wish I had popped in sooner. As far as the bench, let me point out that strength and physique don’t always run along with each other the way some people assume. I used to bench 385 flat but I looked nowhere close to how I look these days.
Some people start out with higher strength levels, and some people just develop improved neurological efficiency before the hypertophy ‘catches up’. In my case (and I’m assuming with the OP as well), diet and recovery aspects must be locked down before the body can truly make the most of it’s strength levels.
I’m sure we’re going to see some seriously dense muscle once the OP’s physique settles into its own.
