i may be late here but i would like to say welcome back max.

i agree with your version of testosterone and i respect most of your views towards training and what is ghey, like that frank zane avator.

you are a beast, that 495 dead is serious, and the form was spot on.

your squats are coming on and are very impressive.

you look like you added some muscle since i seen you last. i wouldnt take any of the abusive comments on this thread to heart, some poeple just need something to throw abuse at.

nice work man.
Agreed

Haters hate, people that have never done a damn thing with their physique as fair as gaining a considerable amount of muscle mass or strength

People that still deadlift 315lbs.

Sorry if you still deadlift 315lbs you don’t know anything about training. Your probably one of those guys in the gym that lifts the same weight over and over month after month without ever pushing themselves.

The kind of person who wears lifting gloves because they don’t want their calloused hands to be rough on their boyfriends cock.

Thats what T-Nation has turned into.

Good job Max for doing something 90% of this site doesn’t do

Make progress.

Bench press is way behind your other lifts, but great squat and dl. I like how you broke parallel on the max squat attempt, no pussy quarter squats around here.

Yeah. Like I stated above, my bench press still needs work. In your opinion, what should my 1RM be for the bench press if my 1RM squat is 405 (about two weeks ago) and deadlift is 525 (January)?

I completely concur with your sentiments, especially the gloves line. I laughed out loud when reading that part.

This is the theme song for this thread:

They didn’t debunk anything regarding what you asked. They admitted that WTC 1, 2, and 7 were the first three skyscrapers to ever fall from fire, and they all fell on the same day. The chances of that happening are about a trillion to one, especially considering WTC 7 wasn’t even hit by a plane.

They mentioned the fact that no skyscraper was ever hit by a jet -and- burn with jet fuel fire, but the Twin Towers were built to withstand both hurricane winds and jumbo jets colliding into it.

I think my bench press is the only lift out of the three that still needs some work, but not too much.
I know that’s not how you meant it, but this sounds like a limiting mindset. Your bench may need the most attention, but it isn’t the only lift that “still needs work.” All your lifts need work. All my lifts need work. We all need work. You can never be too strong.

i second that

Yeah, that’s what I meant. I’m never going to be completely satisfied with any of the three lifts, so I will always be improving them, not just the bench press.

Thanks.

I dont understan the “way” this thread is gone, however i think you really have great numbers and it is really motivational to see someone working hard to be strong.

I think the first photo is a bit off, but your lifts are very impressive.

Good work on the lifts.

Maybe post in the performance photos section next time?

I agree, I don’t know why his rating is so low either. I think he deserves a little better.

Yeah, I should probably start threads there instead of this section.

And also I would recommend you to post your 9/11 theories on the off topic forum. Your rating crashed since that.

Let us know your competition results.

Yeah, some of us toyed with guy and later on I spoiled it. Sorry, was not sleeping enough.

Also, given that you’re a powerlifter, I think you should err on the side of videos rather than photos.

may be. But i dont see how his thought should be a “malus” on its rating…
