You can see, that in terms of muscle, the difference is just 5 pounds, it is just your insulation, that can’t be flexed, which gives you your false sensation of biggerness.

Yeah, I weigh 180-181 pounds, these days.
I think my bench press is the only lift out of the three that still needs some work, but not too much.
