531 for Size (Building the Monolith)

With this programe where you do curls etc for 100 reps do you do that in one set or overe a few sets?

I would never recommend it - especially with 20 rep squats.

I’m now starting my second week of Monolith, after doing regular 5/3/1 for 2 cycles. I did GVT for about 3 months prior to that, ouchies. Having experienced the constant progressive sets of 10 heavies gave me mental toughness to grind out the 20 squat reps straight through. I feel like I’m in the best place of my life with my training now. I was around 205lb last October and am now just over 235. After torturing myself with GVT. I am fortunate to have discovered Wendler’s magic. It just feels right, perfect amount of pain-buzz. Thank you Jim!
