It is normal for a human to lack energy on times and feel pain.
Absolutely⊠But not if itâs a daily thing and, by improving testosterone levels the symptoms vanish. This would indicate a testosterone deficiency, clearly.
They are biologically equal but endogenous testosterone of a healthy person is released very intelligently with a perfect timing that makes it extremely effective.
Exogenous can never achieve that so a bit more is usually needed. How much more - no paper will tell you that. Everything is very individual
That could be one reason. There are 1000s more.
But you keep abusing high doses.
It is one thing to be tired like me today because I slept 5 hours last night.
But to be tired and unmotivated constantly like I was a year ago - that is something wrong with the body.
I havenât seen that data but assuming that it is true the 1500+ would be the extreme outliers, 1% at most and would be guys in their 20âs. My lab has the top end closer to 1000 not mid 700s.
And you keep being ignorant to hormone optimization. You are completely ignoring androgen resistance and focusing on numbers.
Its not ignorant, too much input of anything in nature or in man made machines will lead to system problems.
Hereâs a study showing a 25% decline since 2000. Even if we assume a 50% decline from peak levels that would be the ânormalâ average at 900.
After controlling for confoundersâincluding year of study, age, race, BMI, comorbidity status, alcohol and smoking use, and level of physical activityâtotal testosterone was lower among men in the later (2011-2016) versus earlier (1999-2000) cycles ( P < 0.001). Mean total testosterone decreased from 1999-2000 (605.39 ng/dL), 2003-2004 (567.44 ng/dL), 2011-2012 (424.96 ng/dL), 2013-2014 (431.76 ng/dL), and 2015-2016 (451.22 ng/dL; all P < .0001).
Let me ask you this:
You get your levels to the top of the range (which will be lowered again in a year from now anyway). You are highly symptomatic.
You raise your dose, get total to 1100. All your symptoms vanish and quality of life improves exponentially. Health parameters improve significantly. There is ZERO evidence to support any circumstance where a man raised his levels to 1100 and it caused harm.
What do you do? Be symptomatic and have numbers that make you feel good, or ACTUALLY feel good? When I say feel good, Iâm being specific by stating symptom free and not wanting to feel like a 16 year old.
Also need to consider average age of population. We are an aging society so if you take averages TT will go down as the population is older. In 1970 median age was 28.1, it is now 38.4.
Understand what else is wrong with my body / mind to need to abuse testosterone to feel happy
So imagine what the levels were back in, say, the 1950s? Do a google search for 1950s beach pics. Where is all the obesity? You donât see it. Why do you think that is? The men looked like men back then. How come?
You raised testosterone and symptoms were resolved demonstrating a testosterone deficiency. Instead you would ignore the obvious solution and look for a solution elsewhere? Pain killers? Viagra? Anti depressants? Statins? Anti inflammatories?
Are you kidding me? Are you THAT hard headed?
You arenât abusing anything to simply feel normal. Abuse is for muscle hypertrophy specifically. This is the equivalent of saying diabetes patients are abusing insulin because bodybuilders use it. Itâs nuts.
In the 50âs men were working in construction, working more manual labor. Now everyone sits at a desk all day. Doesnât mean their TT was at 1500. Just means they were more active. Being more active and eating better will definitely increase TT but you can have two people at the exact same levels that look totally different based on lifestyle. There are guys with high TT that have never lifted a weight and look like shit and guys with lower TT that you would never guess had low T.
We went from no obesity to two thirds of the population being obese because almost everyone sits at a desk.
Construction doesnât exist today I guess. No regular businesses back then. No office work. No men in suits and ties.
Right.
Where do you guys come up with this stuff?
We were not a service related economy back in the 50âs. More people were working in manufacturing, construction, etc⊠We also didnât have 200+ channels on TV, Netflix, youtube, tech jobs, etc⊠Add in the processed foods and everyone being afraid of sun thinking they will get skin cancer.
Add in processed foods, hormones in our food and water supply, pollution, contaminants, chemicals in our soaps and cosmetics, plastics, pesticides, etc etc etc
THIS is why testosterone levels are tanking. THIS is also the reason why you see so many men with levels in the normal range yet display all the symptoms of low testosterone. This WILL continue to get worse.
By the way, I sit at a desk for ten hours a day⊠Sometimes longer. No obesity here. I also see lots of fat guys working at construction sites.
You can always find the outliers. If you took 100 guys doing manual labor, construction, landscaping, etc⊠versus 100 guys sitting at a desk all day I think the guys doing manual labor would probably be in better shape without taking 300mg of test a week.
No all those things listed would mask the issue. I said get to the source of the issue.
Diabetes patience dont take excessive insulin! Pathetic analogy.
If you use alcohol or drugs to feel normal, thats abuse. If you need to put your testosterone levels above everyone else on the planets to feel normal, that is abuse and sugests an addiction problem to me.
