Don’t thank me yet… I could be dead wrong lol!
But if I had to put some money on it… That would be my bet.

No worries, I’m not results oriented. I understand you’re giving me the outcome with on average the highest expected value given your knowledge + the information I gave you.
Can’t expect or ask for more than that.
… and, also, as you know as a scientist, the experiment will invariably produce an outcome, regardless of what that outcome is, and that outcome provides additional information, with that information leading to further experiments that are now backed by reliable information etc etc…
Definitely. I’m keeping a journal of everything I feel and my numbers for different injection frequencies / Test amount / subQ vs IM
It takes me a good 8-12 weeks to feel good.
Waiting is not always the key. Ive wasted a lot of time in waiting for 2-3 protocols that I could tell from week 2-3 that wouldnt work. I cannot understand why so many people suggest you to wait without any consideration of the particular situation you are in.
Also for you it pretty straightforward. You just past your sweet spot so wait for what, the more side effects to start occuring?
In regards to bringing it down there is no formula but it would take now 6-8 weeks and now you will have to wait. So make only one change for example to 20mg and wait 6-8 weeks the effect to be clear
Also IM for me seems to work way better and straightforward than sub-q. Shallow IM doesnt work for me, but IM not lean. 3/4 inch in the shoulder is what I use now and Im quite sure it goes into the muscle
List them
@dextermorgan 7 weeks of cypionate “shallow” im 22.5mg daily
My levels ended up with 1050 total t which was not that bad, but I expected more. Clearly I was not doing any IM but sub q at bad spot i was feeling crappy from week 3 and it was only getting worse. Felt way more terrible than even before TRT - sluggish and extremely low energy
Then tried the same dose on daily sub q enanthate 7 weeks and happened absolutely the same. Either sub q stopped working for me or this ester wasnt right for me
Then I tried the good old sustanon I felt best at when I started and I definetely felt better but my levels on 22.5mg daily sub q were in the toilet - 700.
When I started TRT with the same protocol and same injection method I had 1200 at the six weeks mark. Clearly sub q stopped working but I realized that later
Them tried cream and it didnt just give me good levels on 250mg daily I was little above 600. Clearly the cream was low quality
I fucked around weeks with deeper IM injections that clearly work and raised my levels. Went too aggressive on the dose, now I will wait enough time on 40mg EOD im and Im pretty sure things will get better or perfect. If not perfect I will maybe need higher dose, I cannot tell what my needed dose will be since Ive never done proper IM injections up to recently
With me things happen pretty quickly. As soon as I get the desired test levels I feel most of the benefits immediately. The same story was when I started TRt for the first time and sub q injections were nicely raising my levels
To test your theory you’d have to have tested what the same shit felt like after 12 weeks. Otherwise how would you know that you (unlike most everyone) only need 2-3 weeks.
When I started TRT I started feeing some benefits since the THiRD day and except the two weeks mark when my natural t shut off and I felt shitty for 4-5 days they were only increasing(the benefits)
You are right. One of this biggest problem, I had the same, is waiting till you stabilize.
Newbies throw in ai, change dose and frequency sometimes with every injection. They want instant progress.
Heres an example. Even I change my dose or when you first start trt you may get acne. If change the dose when you see the acne , you will not stabilize.
If you wait it out the acne goes away
It’s the problem just about everyone has. If everyone that came here had done 8-12 week intervals between dose changes the board would be a lot less active… But then there’d be no one to yell “wait 8 weeks” at and that’s half the fun.
Or the guys who claim benefits after 3 days with natural levels suppressed after only two weeks. Those are the really entertaining ones.
We know you can’t understand it. That’s why we stopped explaining it to you. The rest of us accept this as TRT 101 because we can demonstrate it consistently.
@dbossa I very well understand your point and yes it is true for most cases. But there are always exception and logic and analyzing the data must be applied first before bluntly applying any golden rules.
Me for example - I need no more than 2-3 weeks to know if a protocol will be right for me. Ive experimented and logged enough data to know that. It took me much less than that to start feeling better when I first started TRT. Then obviously sub q injecting stopped working for me at some point(I have idea why) and no matter what sub q protocol I tried it was doomed from the beginning no matter how much time I would wasted.
Now Im 2 and a bit weeks into my current protocol and Im 100 percent sure it will be successful, only a small dosage tweek can be needed at some moment. There was no way I would know the dose I need since it is the first time Im doing proper IM injections. But even after only 2 weeks Im feeling the best since March.
Now back to the author of the post. He may need to normally wait 6-8 weeks for a protocol change, but given the data he has provided he has clearly passed his sweet spot. I would bet a lot of money on that. So more waiting can only cause him to feel worse and waste more time. When he adjusts his dose he needs to wait again in either case.
Your dose is way too high. My gues is your high E2 caused by the excessive dose is what is causing your problems.
In fact the issue he may have with his e2 is it is too low for the test level he is running now
Either way his dose is way too high
I totally agree on that
You guys sure are great at making assumptions.
I take every possibility into account and never assume anything until I can demonstrate it.
If you knew how many many men I’ve dealt with who had their dose lowered by their physicians thinking that they ‘blew past their sweet spot’ you would think twice before making these claims. You need time to get a reliable outcome from a protocol. @vonko1988 you are notorious for being oblivious to this concept. @lenono high E2? Really?? Have you not learned anything here yet other than bro science? Sigh
