Why is it when we raise testosterone in men, it suddenly becomes cardioprotective? Why is it that when men have androgen deficiencies, HRT treats virtually all the things listed in that study?
This is the issue I have with these studies. They find correlations to things that suit whatever narrative they have. The problem is, those studies are quickly debunked. How? Let’s take a group of men who have all these issues, then let’s give them testosterone and see what the outcome is. That’s called an interventional study which is significantly more reliable and credible than studies by association. Correlation does not prove causation. You need to actually PROVE causation, and this requires an actual intervention. You need to change a variable and test the outcome. There is no variable being changed in this study. They could have associated the higher levels of testosterone with virtually anything they could think of.
