Avodart is currently available in the U.S. (I did a sample-size trial of the stuff for BPH.)
What is the allure of this stuff? I mean, what is the appeal to the t-mag world? I’m assuming it isn’t for it’s use as treatment of BPH.

Avodart (dutasteride)is an inhibitor of both type 1 and 2 5-AR, while finasteride is mainly type 2. Type 1 has the greater effect on the hair follicle, type 2 on the prostate.
Remember, some of the effects of testosterone are dependant upon its conversion to DHT.
I’ve been using Avodart for almost a year now and my DHT levels are sub-normal. I’m actually cutting back my dosage to get into a mid normal range
Keeps the prostate in-check when on a cycle. also, its suppose to protect the hair line, but it really hasn’t worked in my case. However, I piss like a 10 year old boy!
