I am in agreement with everything you posted. I think that’s why I don’t really get caught up in the “that won’t work for naturals” debates; who’s to say what that even is? We could even take it to points in time: was I enhanced at 18 but natural at 40? A blood test would likely suggest so.

Someone needs to bloody clarify what TRT is.

You got guys doing just enough to keep them in a healthy range and others doing dark side light.

Not really… a large % of the guys who talk exclusively about training arent on gear allot of the time.

How long specifically have you been lifting?

Are you using a appropriate training max?

Ill cut to the chase … at your age the amount of calories you supposively eat on top of the amount of sleep you get.

I have a hard time believing your over training.
