Okay so you didn’t eat ground beef you ate steak, that would get expensive.

Sometimes steak. Sometimes ribs. Sometimes roast. Like I said, meat.

But yes; food cost money.

With being that lean. I’d try a 300 calorie surplus. 150g carbs. But about the whole food thing. Having 2 shakes of 50g protein a day I way freakin cheaper. You don’t have to eat all that meat. You can. But it’s far from nessiccary. Just get your body weight in grams of protein. You don’t need more than that. Your body won’t use much more than that unless you are using PEDs

Salt, pepper, garlic… maybe some salsa if I have it laying around. Mostly just hot sauce.
