Stefan, the point of the pictures is to show people that they can still lift heavy weights and have a low body fat percentage. Look up Joe Morrow om youtube.
A) Those pictures weren’t taken when the lift was performed
B) Everyone already knows this
C) One picture would have been enough. Or how about the video itself? Did you think you looked fat in the video?
lol you actually took the time to do this eh. Relax. You know the people who really hate on me for those pics? Are the people who don’t know enough about nutrition to get both aesthetics and be strong at the same time.

Why’s your body so tilted? There appears to be a several inch difference from shoulder to shoulder. Looks weird.
I have weird biomechanics and I also am not flexible. I do what I can lol

Pound for pound doesent matter

Dude… idk why you keep doing this. The lift is good, I’m knocking it. It’s the multiple ab shots that resemble what I use to post on Myspace in 8th grade (especially the one at 30 seconds, like why put a Ab/crotch shot?) that’s really making this LOL-worthy.

As for the whole ‘you wanna show ppl they can lift heavy with a low bf%’, do you seriously think someone is NOT lifting heavy in fear that it makes them fat? Do you think someone with that mentality is even the type to work long enough for a 3x BW DL? I really think you include the pictures just for compliments or something.

Also, there’s a PR thread in the PL forum. No need to make a new thread every time you hit a 10 lbs. PR.
k next time I post a vid on t nation it will be my 500 lb dl

x2
I mean OP is stronger than a bear pound for pound right? They pull, at best, 2xBW right? So it follows that OP is better than a bear in the strength department right?

Pound for pound DOES matter.

Why do you think lifting comps are divided up into weight categories?

So that 165s compete against 165s and SHWs compete against SHWs. Best overall lifter =/= strongest lifter on the platform.

True but lifting comps are about 3 lifts.

Not one.

Didn’t this guy apologise for being a cunt before, then just did it again?

When are they going to add the 4th and most important part of a powerlifting meet, the hawt abz video(HAV)?
I’m sick of coming in last despite having hawter abz than any other lifter.

Yeah, but at the end of the day, if you weigh 165 and your total is 1000, and the SHW lifter’s total is 1410, you’d feel like a million bucks!

I’m out gonna go eat a fatburger and then I’m gonna drink the grease

I thought I was the only one who did that.

WTF is wrong with you? Explain how 20 seconds of pictures of your abs is not self promotion. What else is it? We’re not stupid here. I’ve also seen your other videos. You’re not fooling anyone.
And fuck you for pretending you can set requirements for who can post what on a public thread. I’ve got enough pictures in my hub, I feel no obligation to post one here.

And as far lifting, I’ve never used a strap or belt in my life. I won’t be dropping 25 pounds and 4 inches of height anytime soon, so forget your ridiculous demands of a pound for pound comparison.

Are you even capable of posting a video of JUST A LIFT?
lol so you’re saying that I am stronger than you pound for pound? That’s cool
No, I’m not. I bet my bench press is better than yours, pound for pound. And my clean and jerk. And my overhead press. Your deadlift just makes you look like a one trick pony, because your dumbbell bench press was absolute shit. Show me a strong bench press from your chest, or a quality OHP, and I’ll lay off. Or go cry to your mama about how your shoulder won’t let you do that, or whatever the hell your excuse is for not doing anything but deadlifts on video.

You’ve been called out. Good luck.
EDIT: probably won’t see the reply to this, if it happens, putting this guy on ignore.

^Less than 3.01xBW, more impressive. Pound for pound isn’t the end all be all for comparing lifts. Small guys who lift a decent amount can be impressive, big guys who lift a fucking half ton are more impressive.

In the PR thread… or the race to a 495 DL thread… with a video of just the lift, not the Myspace shots? lol
