42 Y/O. Aussie Blood Test. Low T High PSA Help

Just a query I think I have started to get prostatitis. Pretty sure it would be the non bacterial inflammation. I’ve done some reading and some people say its from reduced ejaculate not being able to clear all the vessels in the prostate. Does anyone from the site suffer from this and do they take HCG? Wondering if HCG might aid the problem.

Hi Flash

I have recently been prescribed the same by Dr Z. I am a bit reluctant to start at 250mg eow, and it was something I forgot to bring up during my consultation. Preferably I’d like to do 125mg p/w instead. Trying to avoid another phone consultation to ask if I have to, they’re quite expensive.

Do you know if it’s possible to split the 250mg into two dosages? Are the needles changeable?

Cheers

Hi @tuna.chunks Mate go straight to twice a week, you’ll save yourself alot of time(months). All you need to do is get some 29G 12.5mm 1ml insulin needles from a chemist(box 100). I tried to find those needles that they come with and couldn’t find any, plus they are huge. I’d like to know any Dr Z people who did 1 shot every 2 week that felt good! i think he just tells us this so he wont get caught telling people to vary dosages using insulin needles, he just tells us whats on the packaging.

My process is, take off the grey cap off the T, pull plunger out of needle, mark on the stem of the needles about where you think .25ml will be. Put plunger back in, remove orange cap and squeeze T to the end, all bubbles will disappear and its ready to shoot. I’m down to .14ml (35mg) twice a week, .25ml got me to 41nmol, plus very high E, free T. At .14ml I’m at 27nmol. E is 67. So 1 vial lasts me 3 weeks.

I go through a process of washing my hands thoroughly, drying with fresh paper towel, not letting plunger or any of the items touch any dirty surfaces(table, bench tops etc)

I get my blood tests done by a GP and keep changing my dosages until I’m in the sweet spot. But will need to see him again soon. I wont do another phone consult $170 bucks with no medicare rebate. I just came through a period of low energy, bit of anxiety. Very frustrating when my bloods are getting close to perfect.

Sweet - thanks so much for the advice! I haven’t ordered the script yet so it’s a little hard to imagine what do to… i’m sure your instructions will make much more sense when I can see the syringes. I’ve also read other forums which suggest transferring the contents into a new vial - is that something you have considered or tried? See:

So with the insulin needles, can you do a normal sub q injection on your stomach? Or does it still have to be an IM injection? He suggested I jab into my ass which I am not really keen on.

edit: and the phone consultation price was ridiculous! I was on the phone for 4mins 30sec and got the $170 invoice! I was shocked - but I am in Canberra, so I don’t have much of a choice

I’m NSW North Coast. So I have to fly to syd or drive to Brisbane. Yes I considered the vials, probably less fiddling around. I was going to wait until I found some at a chemist/medical supplies. I’m a little worried about buying from the net and making sure they are properly sterilised. I’d probably get 5 ml vials and put all three injections in the one vial. Another concern is I’d have to used that same vial so many times. If you find some legit ones you know you can trust post me a link. How do diabetics get their insulin? in vials?

I think you would be able to source them from a reputable peptide lab, like premiumpepdies - however they seem to be under maintenance at the moment. I’ll keep you updated if I find anything.

My brother is diabetic and his insulin in delivered though an insulin pen.

Did you see my question above RE: SubQ vs IM injection?

I find the top of my legs the best. I put it into the fat pad on top/outside of my thigh, up near the thigh, I don’t pinch the skin. No pain, no blood. I did try the love handle area and ended up with a big lump that took a couple weeks to go down. I think the fat on your stomach is different. Depends a bit on your physique.

@flash74 you could try Medshop for vials. I can’t find any on their website, but I might be using the wrong search term.

I’ve seen on another forum a guy who purchased them off eBay - I’ve had a look and there’s a few on there. Not sure of the reliability though.

My labs were Ok and my test was running at about 25.8 [11-40] nmol/L. Taking my same protocol 35mg twice a week, it dropped to 15 nmol few months later, everything else was the same. I was starting to fee shit and couldn’t explain it. Could a cold do this? Saw the doc and said I need higher levels of T as my body not getting the full benefit at this T Level. I have been concerned about PSA but I’m upping my dose to 100mg a week and 2 shots (50mg) to attempt to get to around 35 nmol (1000ng/dl) too much?. I did have trouble with E at this higher lever before. I reckon I’ll need to take 1.5mg of anastrazole per week to control E. I guess my main question is if a cold can drop T that much must play havoc with protocols of T and E. I’ve had low E and that sucks!

Finally got my DHT results. 1.1 nmol/L (0.4-2.2) Seems OK!

Hi @flash74 where did you get armidex in Australia? I’m in Sydney.

@stevenm592 you just need to find a doctor that will prescribe it. Look for anastrazole. I visit a doctor in Sydney but he is from WA. Look for Dr Zentner at Point Walter medical clinic WA. He prescribed me Primoteston, I self inject 50mg twice a week and take 0.4mg of anstrazole with each injection. Been going well. I’m sitting at about 29nmol/L and Oestradiol at about 70.

Hey @flash74 'm also seeing the same doc. He’s warned against SQ (higher e conversion) and injecting twice a week, but said I can try twice a week if I like, so I am doing it IM at the moment. Just wondering how you avoid any bacteria getting into the solution? At the moment I’m doing a similar technique to you, squirting .25ml into a new syringe, injecting it, then putting the glass primoteston syringe in the fridge (with grey cap) until next injection (every three days). I’ve become aware of two issues with this: the stuff I put back in the fridge is now not sterile as it has been exposed to air, but by putting in the fridge it reduces chances of infection(?). However, next injection day I need to heat it up under the tap to make it less thick in order to inject, but I’m told this could compromise the solution and be less effective. I could pre-load 4 separate syringes but this is also open to bacteria and also the plastic could degrade into the solution.

Have you perfected a way to dose primoteston twice a week safely? Maybe I’m being paranoid. I can’t find any sterile glass vials and don’t trust random internet sellers. If I could get sterile vials I could just inject it all into that and draw up what I need without having to refrigerate as it would be airtight and keep sterile.

Sorry for very later reply. Yeah i think paranoid. I’ve been doing it that way for over a year no issues. I think if you follow the same protocol every shot that shouldn’t be an issue. Ensure hands are clean, big swab of the injection area. Keep your T in a sealed plastic container in the fridge. Yeah don’t do 4 syringes at once. That does give bacteria time to grow. If you back fill and inject straight away its the same solution, remove air from the primo syringe while in the fridge… I’ve never had to warm up under tap. I’d stop doing that.

Thanks mate, I’ve ended up going with a compounded test e that comes in a vial, so much easier and safer. Also means I can claim it on my health insurance!

Got a link to the chemist? I’ve never really looked into it. Claiming it would be great as well.

Smoothest_criminal hey mate, I’ve been given test sust by dr z, have heard Enanthate is much better, did he have you on sust before Enanthate?

@mark_perth @flash74 @tuna.chunks What were your levels when Dr Z prescribed to you? my test levels are 10 and I am worried he won’t think thats low enough despite me feeling like shit.

And do you guys know if he sees new patients over the phone? the girl at his work place in Chatswood when I rang was really rude about it.
